Shipping policy

 

We are proud of our prompt order processing and endeavour to post all orders the following business day if ordered before 2pm.  Your order is sent from Perth, Western Australia, Australia.

All items are hand made and Boheme Life Collection does allow three business days to create your order before posting it guaranteed on the 4th business day from date of order. For urgent orders please email info@bohemelifecollection.com before placing the order to ensure we are able to get it to you before your required date.  

"Estimated dispatch within 24-48 hours and Estimated Delivery 2-8 days" ***Please note there may be delays due to covid***

If items are lost in the post Boheme Life Collection reserves the right to send out a replacement. Items that are delayed due to Australia Post, Aramex or DHL are not covered for a refund if they are successfully delivered even though not on time. 

 

DOMESTIC DELIVERY (AUSTRALIA)

> Standard shipping - $7.00 flat rate ⤖ All orders within Australia are delivered with a fast and reliable courier or Australia Post including tracking. 

> FREE standard shipping ⤖ on all Australian orders of $100 or more.

> Express shipping - $12.00 ⤖ Delivered with Australia Post with tracking.  Make sure you select this option at the checkout. 

You will receive a shipping notification with a tracking ID so you can follow your order's journey to your door.

 

NEW ZEALAND DELIVERY

> Standard shipping to NZ - $15.00 (AUD) flat rate ⤖ New Zealand orders are shipped via courier or Australia Post. Delivery times vary and can often be between 3 - 5 business days, depending on your location.  

> FREE New Zealand delivery ⤖ on all international orders of $150 (AUD) or more.
