Refund policy

 

We want to make sure you are 100% happy with your Boheme Life Collection order, and we accept returns within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.  We will gladly offer Store Credits and/or Exchanges for the value of your purchase of all full-priced items that are unworn and in original condition.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Please contact us at info@bohemelifecollection.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.

  2. Once your return is approved, carefully package the item in its original pouch or box.

  3. Post your return to the address below. We recommend using a tracked service for peace of mind.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
